MBPros Exhibiting at ACA Annual Meeting This Week

  I will be out of the office this Wednesday, April 8th through Friday, April 10th as we will be exhibiting at the American Counseling Association Annual Meeting in Columbus, Ohio.  For our clients who will be attending be sure to stop by our Booth 306 to say hello.

• For our TherapyNotes and Sessions Health practices, claims will still be submitted each day.  However, on Wednesday, April 8th claims may be submitted later in the morning than usual.

• For our clients not using TherapyNotes or Sessions Health, claims will still be submitted by the next business day at the latest.

• I do not anticipate any delays with insurance verifications.

• There will be delays with responses to support tickets during this time.
