Memorial Day Holiday Schedule

     We will be closed Memorial Day (Monday, May 26, 2025).  In addition, I will be out of the office this Friday, May 23, 2025 for a long holiday weekend.

  So for this Friday billing will be sent for TherapyNotes users, although later than usual in the day.

  For non-TherapyNotes users, any billing received by 5:00 PM ET on Thursday (May 22nd) will be submitted by Saturday, May 24th at the latest.

  Any billing sent after 5:00 PM ET on May 22nd and on Friday May 23rd will be sent by Tuesday, May 27th at the latest.

  There will be a delay with responses to support tickets your office submits Thursday, May 22nd and Friday, May 23rd.  There will also be a delay with any insurance verification requests received Thursday, May 22nd and Friday, May 23rd.
