Christmas Week Schedule

  Following is info about our schedule for this week:

Christmas Eve

• We will be open until approximately noon (ET)

• For TherapyNotes clients, all billing will be submitted early in the morning as usual.

• For non-TherapyNotes clients, any billing received by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23rd will be submitted.

  • Any billing received after 5:00 PM on December 23rd and on Christmas Eve will be submitted on Friday, December 26th.

• There will be limited insurance verifications Christmas Eve morning.

Christmas Day

• We will be closed Christmas Day

December 26th

• For TherapyNotes clients, billing will be submitted as usual that morning.

• For our non-TherapyNotes clients, any billing received after 5:00 PM ET on Tuesday, December 23rd and on Wednesday, December 24th will be submitted.

• We are expecting most insurance payers to be closed (or be short-staffed).  There will be limited insurance verifications done that day because of this.
