MBPros Exhibiting At AACC Annual Meeting This Week

  I will be out of the office this Wednesday (9/24/25) through Friday (9/26/25) as we will be exhibiting at the American Association of Christian Counselors Annual Meeting in Nashville.  For those who will be attending be sure to stop by our Booth 1110 to say hello.

• For our TherapyNotes providers, claims will still be submitted each morning as usual.

• For our non-TherapyNotes providers, claims will still be submitted by the next business day at the latest.

  • As a reminder, any billing received after 5:00 PM ET is deemed received the next business day.

• I do not anticipate any delays with insurance verifications during this time.

• There will be a delay with responses to support tickets during this time.
