MBPros Exhibiting at Evolution in Psychotherapy This Week

  I will be out of the office this Monday (12/15/25) through Thursday (12/18/25) as we will be exhibiting at the Evolution of Psychotherapy conference in Anaheim, CA.  For those who will be attending be sure to stop by our booth 407 to say hello.

• For our TherapyNotes clients, billing will be submitted each day as usual.

• For our non-TherapyNotes clients, billing will be submitted as usual Monday through Wednesday.  However, any billing received later on Wednesday will be submitted on Friday, December 19th as I will be traveling on December 18th.

• There will be a delay with responses to support tickets on Thursday, December 18th.

• There will be a delay with insurance verifications requested late Wednesday, December 17th and also requested December 18th.  I expect these verifications to be completed by Friday, December 19th.
