MBPros Exhibiting at Innovations in Psychotherapy This Week

  I will be out of the office this Tuesday (October 7th) through Friday (October 10th) as we will be exhibiting at the Innovations in Psychotherapy conference in Anaheim.  For those who will be attending be sure to stop by our booth 304 to say hello.

• For our TherapyNotes clients claims will continue to be submitted each day (although they may be submitted later in the morning each day).

• For our non-TherapyNotes clients, claims should continue to be submitted by the next business day.
  

  • As a reminder any billing received after 5:00 PM is deemed received the next business day.

• I do not anticipate any delays with insurance verifications during this time.

• There will be delays with responses to support tickets during this time.
