New Online Forms Demos and Instructions

For practices that complete our online forms, we have made changes to the instructions regarding telehealth billing. This is because of the new POS Code 10 used by some payers if the patient was at home during the telehealth session.

It is important that providers completely read and understand the new instructions and accurately submit billing to us based upon these instructions.

To help make it easier, we have created a brief video demo about the online Billing Form and we also did a new video about our online Patient form.
