Out of Office Notice

  I will be out of the office the rest of the week for a mini-vacation.  Although I will be out of the office, I will still be submitting billing as follows:

• For our TherapyNotes users, billing will continue to be submitted each morning.

• For our non-TherapyNotes users, billing will be submitted as follows:

  • Any billing received Tuesday, August 19th will be submitted by Thursday, August 21st at the latest.

  • Any billing received Wednesday, August 20th will be submitted by Friday, August 22nd at the latest.

  • Any billing received Thursday, August 21st and Friday, August 22nd will be submitted by Monday, August 25th at the latest.

• There will be a delay with responses to support tickets during this time.

• There may be a delay with insurance verifications during this time.
