There is an ongoing problem with the Online Billing Forms where the app suddenly stops responding when trying to submit a form. We are aware of the issue and to date the developer cannot diagnose the problem.
We are going to be having our online forms completely redone but it will probably take 2-3 months for this to complete as it is a major project.
In the meantime, when you submit an online billing form be sure you come to the confirmation page where you can see the link for the PDF version of the form you submitted.
If you do not get to the confirmation page as the form continues to "buffer", let us know so we can reset the online forms.
If you are ever unsure if your form went through, just go to Search Billing Forms (assuming you subscribe to the View and Search Feature). ALWAYS SEARCH THE BILLING FORMS FIRST PRIOR TO CHECKING WITH US.
