Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule

  We will of course be closed this Thursday, Thanksgiving, November 27th.  Also see below for info about billing for this week.

Black Friday

• We will only be submitting claims in the morning for our TherapyNotes practices.

• For non-TherapyNotes practices any billing submitted Wednesday, November 26 through Friday, November 28 will be submitted by Monday, December 1st at the latest.

Support Tickets

• Any support tickets created by you in the Support Suite this Thursday and Friday will be responded to by me by Monday, December 1st.
  

Insurance Verifications

• For TherapyNotes practices any verification requests (including completed portal forms) submitted by Tuesday November 25th should hopefully be completed by Wednesday, November 26th.

• For non-TherapyNotes practices, any requests submitted Tuesday, November 25th and Wednesday, November 26th will be completed after the holiday weekend.
