MBPros Exhibiting at ACA in New Orleans

 I will be out of the office this Wednesday, April 10-Friday, April 12 as we will be exhibiting at the American Counseling Association Annual Meeting in New Orleans.  For our clients who will be attending be sure to stop by our Booth 109 and say hello.

  Claims will be submitted as follows this week:

• For our TherapyNotes clients, there will be no delay.  Claims will be submitted each day.

• For our non-TherapyNotes clients, billing will be submitted as follows (assuming you have provided us your choice for ClaimMD):

  • Any billing received Tuesday, April 9th will be submitted by Thursday, April 11th at the latest.

  • Any billing received Wednesday, April 10th will be submitted by Friday, April 12th at the latest.

  • Any billing received Thursday, April 11th and Friday, April 12th will be submitted by Monday, April 15th at the latest.

  • As a reminder, for those practices that have not yet provided us their choice about ClaimMD per the memos from last Wednesday and from yesterday your claim submissions will be ON HOLD until you provide us your selection.

• There will be a delay with insurance verifications and responses to support tickets during this time.
