The online Billing Form, Patient Form and Patient Payments Form are all now working! For those that were unable to submit because of an error if the date field had a day in the single digits you may now submit those forms.

However, we are aware of an issue with the Search field not working correctly, specifically if you search by a patient name. We will be having our form designer look into this and hopefully get it fixed in the next few days.
