The problem with the online billing forms has been fixed. HOWEVER, the online patient form will probably not be fixed until Monday.

So you can submit billing but do NOT submit billing for any new patients for whom you have to submit a patient form first. Hold billing for those patients until we have posted notice that the problem with the online patient form has been fixed.
