Medisoft Network Is Down

     This notice is NOT for TherapyNotes or Sessions Health practices where we bill in your EMR.  This notice is for everyone else where we bill in our Medisoft.
 
     The Medisoft network is currently down.  Our IT team is investigating why the connection to Medisoft keeps dropping.

     Because of this if you submit our online billing forms or you send us billing for us to enter in our Medisoft we are unable to submit your claims presently.

     There is no ETA as to when this will be fixed, but I am hoping that the network is back up and running by tomorrow.  If so any billing received by us yesterday evening and today would be submitted this weekend.  Again that's assuming our IT guy can get the network up and running by tomorrow.

  You can continue to submit the online billing forms, but again we cannot submit anything until the issue has been resolved.

For our TherapyNotes and Sessions Health practices claims will continue to be submitted each morning.
