MBPros Exhibiting at APA This Week

 
   I will be out of the office this Wednesday (8/5) through Friday (8/7) as we will be exhibiting at the American Psychological Association Annual Conference in Washington, DC.

   For any of our clients who will be attending be sure to stop by our Booth 414 to say hello.

• For our TherapyNotes and Sessions Health practices, claims will still be submitted each morning.

• For all other practices, billing will be sent by the 2nd business day (for example, billing received Wednesday, August 5th will be sent by Friday, August 7th at the latest).

• There will be delays witih responses to support tickets during this time.

• There will be no insurance verifications performed by our office on Thursday, August 6th and Friday, August 7th.

  • For any requests received the morning of Wednesday, August 5th we hope to have those completed by the end of the day Wednesday.
    

  • For any requests received after Noon  on August 5th and on Thursday August 6th we will verify for these patients on Monday, August 10th.

  • For any requests received on Friday, August 7th we will verify these patients by Tuesday, August 11th.
    

  • If time is of the essence during this time please ensure you verify benefits yourself.
