MBPros Exhibiting at Psych Congress This Weekend

  We will be exhibiting at Psych Congress in New Orleans this Saturday (9/17) through Monday (9/19).  For any of our clients who will be attending be sure to stop by our Booth 633 to say hello.

     There will not be any disruption to claim submissions during this time as billing received by us on Friday September 16th will be submitted by Monday, September 19th.  Billing for our TherapyNotes clients will be submitted as usual on Monday, September 19th.

     There may be a delay with insurance verifications.  Any requests received by us on Friday, September 16th (including those received after 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 15th) will be verified by Tuesday, September 20th.

     There will be a delay with responses to support tickets during this time.
