MBPros Exhibiting at the EMDRIA Conference This Week

I will be out of the office this Thursday (August 20th) and Friday (August 20th) as we will be exhibiting at the EMDRIA conference in Anaheim.  For any of our clients who will be attending be sure to stop by our Booth 435 to say hello.

• For our TherapyNotes and Sessions Health practices, claims will continue to be submitted each morning.

• For all other practices, any billing received Thursday, August 20th and Friday, August 21st (as well as billing received after 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, August 19th) will be submitted by Saturday, August 22nd at the latest.

• There will be delays with responses to support tickets during this time.

• There may be a slight delay in insurance verifications during this time.
