We are aware of an issue where some cannot upload any files to DeskPro. We are aware of this and have made DeskPro aware of the problem. I do not have any idea when the problem can be rectified.

If you are unable to upload a file, do NOT send unsecure emails as that would violate HIPAA.

If you have ZixMail or Hushmail you can temporarily (until the problem is fixed) send us a secure email with the file attached.
