Revenue Performance Advisor has been down since Saturday as Change Healthcare has been migrating to new servers.
The site is back up BUT at a new URL: portal.rpa.changehealthcare.com/ws_portal/login.jsp
They are working on making the old URL functional but for now it is recommended to use the new URL above to log into RPA.
