Revenue Performance Advisor Update--April 1, 2024

  We will be on a conference call with Optum/Change Healthcare this Wednesday afternoon (April 3, 2024) regarding restoration of Revenue Performance Advisor.  That does NOT mean that Revenue Performance Advisor is ready to come back online this week.  We were told by 2 different reps that it should be weeks before RPA is restored.

  So at the meeting on Wendesday we will have our questions answered about when RPA will be restored...and if the missing ERA files will be available to us.

  For those that have signed up with ClaimMD, we will continue to submit your claims via ClaimMD.  If Revenue Performance Advisor comes back online soon, you will be given the option to return to Revenue Performance Advisor. If RPA comes back online soon but you prefer ClaimMD you will be allowed to continue to use ClaimMD.

  For providers who were considering switching to ClaimMD now, wait until after our call.  Once the call is finished I will post an update regarding when RPA will be restored...and if we will be returning to using RPA.
