Update on Insurance Verifications

  Last week when I was out of the office exhibiting at the American Psychological Association conference, my two employees were also off attending a wedding.  Because of that we indicated no insurance verifications were being done last Thursday and Friday, but would resume today.

  However, Jet Blue cancelled the return flight home for my two employees while they were at the airport yesterday...with no possible return flights yesterday.  Therefore, they will not be returning to work until tomorrow, Tuesday.

  At that time they will be working extra hours to try to catch up on as many verifications requested last Thursday and Friday.

  For the verification requests received over the weekend and today we hope to have those done by Wednesday.
